You can enjoy breakfast in the dining room, veranda or gardens and help yourself to an array of cereals and homemade breads and cakes, as well as tea, coffee and fresh juice.

• All produce is either grown organically in our vegetable garden or bought from the local community.
• All eggs are free range.
• Farm fresh Jersey milk is produced locally and is unhomogenised.

Whittaker’s Bounty of Fresh Fruit & Yoghurt
Freshly prepared compote of fruits accompanied by a dish of berry yoghurt, drizzled with syrupy berries.

Charles Bagot’s Hearty Breakfast
Poached, scrambled or fried eggs with or without Schultz’s famous double smoked bacon and tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini and hash browns.

SS Admella Shipwreck Omelette
Smoked Tasmanian Salmon omelette with sour cream, onion, bacon, mushroom, pineapple and cheese.

Coppermine Crepes: with your choice of:

Dutton’s Nutty Toast: with a collection of chopped nuts, cinnamon sugar, maple syrup and cream
